Seraphin Stark, a 9th grade student at Edison High School, won an award for his entry in the Keep Oklahoma Beautiful video contest.
With the challenge of creating a short video about the effects of littering in Oklahoma, he produced a stop motion video using Legos. Seraphin’s entry received first place in the high school division, and he was presented with a $1200 check by team members from Keep Oklahoma Beautiful and a representative from the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, who sponsors the competition.
